Defective Order

If you receive a defective product (excluding physical damage from shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email (wagsandthumper@gmail.com) or Instagram (@wagsandthumper) with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear picture/video of the problem
  • Brief description

 We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. 

Incomplete Order

In the case you receive an incomplete order (missing item or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email (wagsandthumper@gmail.com) or Instagram (@wagsandthumper) with the following:
  • Your Order Number
  • Clear picture/video of all the items received
  • Brief description

 We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping Delay / Lost Package

Once your order is shipped and picked up by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for your order (unless the order is incomplete). Please direct all questions regarding shipping delay, lost package, or damage during transit to the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
