Shipping Times

All products sold on Wags & Thumper are handmade and made to order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. We try our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of the order. Once your order is shipped, transit time takes approximately 1-5 business days. 

Please note, we ship business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Your order may experience delays due to promotional events or holidays.

Shipping Method

We primarily ship orders through USPS; some items may ship UPS depending on the size and weight of the order and items ordered. We only ship within the U.S. and U.S. Territories at this time.
